By accessing or using Radius Report, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Radius Report is a location-based mobile application for iPhone that allows users to discover and interact with content relevant to their geographic location.

Your account is anonymous, meaning we will not share your email address or any other personally identifying information. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your anonymous account.

The App uses your device's location services to deliver location-based features. Location data is used solely to provide App functionality and is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or retained beyond the session as needed for core features. You may disable location services in your iPhone settings, though this will limit App functionality.

You agree not to use the App to post, transmit, or sharecontent that:

•      Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)in any form
•      Harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates otherusers
•      Promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, or hatespeech against individuals or groups
•      Infringes on any third party's intellectual property,privacy, or other rights
•      Contains malware, spyware, or any harmful or disruptivecode
•      Impersonates any person, entity, or organization
•      Involves the unauthorized collection of other users'data
•      Facilitates gambling, illegal drug sales, or otherprohibited transactions
•      Violates Apple's App Store Review Guidelines orapplicable platform policies

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accountsthat violate these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the App —including but not limited to design, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Radius Report and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, orreverse-engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. We do not claim ownership ofyour content.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability,fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radius Report shallnot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitivedamages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your useof the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radius Report and itsofficers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, orexpenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App,your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at anytime, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at anytime. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordancewith the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of lawprinciples. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of thisdocument and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continueduse of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy describes how Radius Report ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Radius Report mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to transparency and protecting your privacy.

We have built the App with privacy as a foundation. All accounts are anonymous — we do not require or collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or date of birth. Your email is only to establish the account, and we do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Because all accounts are anonymous, the information we handle is minimal:
• Location Data: With your permission, we access your device's precise or approximate location to provide location-based features. Location is used in real time to deliver the App's core functionality and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
• Anonymous Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable technical data such as device type, operating system version, crash reports, and general usage patterns (e.g., features used, session duration). This data cannot be traced back to you individually.
• User-Generated Content: Any content you post within the App (e.g., text, images, location-tagged posts) is associated with your anonymous account identifier, not with your real identity.

To be explicit, we do not require:
• Your real name or phone number
• Payment or financial information
• Contacts, calendar, or other sensitive device data

We use the limited data we collect solely to:
• Provide and improve the App's features and functionality
• Diagnose crashes and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with our Terms & Conditions
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We may share limited, non-identifiable technical data with:
• Service providers who assist with App infrastructure, analytics, or crash reporting, subject to strict confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by applicable law or valid legal process

Any third-party service providers we use are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Location access is required for the App's core features. We only access location when the App is in use (foreground), unless you have explicitly granted always-on location access. You can revoke location permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Revoking location access will limit App functionality.

We retain anonymous account data and user-generated content only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time within the App, which will remove your anonymous account and associated content from our systems within 90 days.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we handle. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk.

Because accounts are anonymous, we have limited ability to connect requests to specific individuals. However, you may:
• Delete your anonymous account and its associated content by request to support
• Revoke location permissions in your device settings
• Contact us to request deletion of any data associated with a known anonymous account identifier

California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we do not sell personal information and all accounts are anonymous, many CCPA provisions are inherently satisfied. For any CCPA-related inquiries, please contact us at the address below.
